Paintball Tactical Display

The concept is simple. To develop a Head Mounted Display which relays information from a micro-video camera mounted on the barrel of a paintball marker to a screen over the paintball mask. This would allow the use of zoom lenses for better reconnaissance as well as peering around barriers without exposing the users head. The basic parts are all purchasable online and can be put together for under $200. The reason this project was opened was the original designer did not have the skills to bring the project beyond cardboard and duct tape prototypes. With a little input from several sources this could be a fun project!

I realized I would never bring this project beyond cardboard and duct tape prototypes on my own. It was time to harness the power of collaboration.
